Ingredients

For the dip:
1 cup of kefir
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh chives
A tablespoon of finely chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh parsley
1 small clove of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
A pinch (about 1/4 teaspoon) of sea salt
A dash (about 1/8 teaspoon) of black pepper

For the vegetable sticks:
2 large carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
1 cucumber, cut into sticks
2 celery stalks cut into sticks
1 red bell pepper, deseeded and sliced into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, deseeded and sliced into strips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, blend the kefir and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Mix in the lemon juice, chives, dill, parsley, minced garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper thoroughly.
  3. Cover the bowl. Let it chill in the refrigerator for least an hour to enhance the flavors (if you have time).
  4. As the dip is chilling, prepare your sticks by washing and cutting them.
