2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Combine the quinoa, rolled oats, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon in a bowl to make the ancient grain mixture.
In two glasses or bowls start by layering the parfait:
